All returned goods will be inspected together with the original receipt. Items must be in good condition, unused, and returned in their original packaging, including the original shipping container and any stickers provided.
Products that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
JR PERFORMANCE CONCEPT SDN BHD is not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels during the return transit. Once the returned items are checked and confirmed, refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of confirmation.
All return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
